Choppy Layered Short Hair

Choppy hair

A choppy hair would mean being cut into a variety of lengths. Kind of a certain type of layering that often do not feather and blend, but still is considered as a good short haircut. In this video, you will soon realize going short actually has multiple benefits as well as choices.

Choppy jagged ends with multilayered dimension that comes with a layered and shattered effect boasts of a fun disconnected style that is somewhat chic but unkempt. However, it does give a fabulous feel of movement that is so desirable and incredibly jazzy.

Radona’s highlighted choppy cut gives an edgy look while its length creates a dimensional and bit messy hairstyle. The front is longer and light while the back is highlighted with darker chocolate brown color and short.

The choppy layers at the back keeps the length you want while staying chic and keeping it low maintenance. The jagged blunt bangs make everything look bold and cute.

Choppy haircuts are versatile, flattering and beautiful. To get an ultimate choppy haircut, you may opt to style with some disconnected layers into it and change the shape. If you are not sure, then opt for a hairstyle that has more versatility rather than pigeonholding yourself onto one look.

Strong straight line with highlights accentuates the vertical movement while the back is exaggerated with tips heavily textured. The fashionable look creates a super trendy image for Radona.

To get this pretty look, you can start cutting at the back for the guide. Next is the top. Hold it straight up to establish the length, they pull the hair out and cut. Radona wants a longer length on top.

Texturizing

The main purpose of texturizing is to take care of the unsightly bulk. This is not a new concept. Most hairstylists used this to add volume to the hair and discipline unruly hair. The idea may not give you a groundbreaking difference but it sure can produce a desirable effect, choppy Layered Short Hair.

Here is the secret. The direction of the shears influences the direction the hair moves. The trick really is to pinch and section the hair. Hold a small section between your thumb and index finger. Decide how much bulk and weight you are going to remove.

There are so many techniques available for creating texture and removing weight, but Radona shows us the easiest. If you want the hair to move away from the head, the shears should face upward. Downward means you are trying to influence the hair to move towards the head. Now you know why sometimes you just can’t make your hair move the way you want it!

Texturizing shears are also referred as thinning shears. They help remove some bulk. You just pick a few spots and start cutting. This is one thing you should understand to achieve the look as well as create that customized look. Use texture to tweak the customized look!

Come in with the shears at an angle, close and cut. Actually, the texturizing technique is a great way to create looseness, reduce the bulk and release the weight. The way you position the shears makes all the difference in terms of result.

Texturizing creates softness, leaves length and adds volume. You definitely control how much bulk you want to remove this way. Texturizing is actually a skill you may want to refine and perfect, includes point cutting, slithering, weaving, chipping and smooth cutting.

Choppy Layered Short Hair Comments

The look is awesome, but there is not styling techniques added, which makes the whole tutorial video too short. Just thinking, haircuts should be followed with the styling. Anyone interested to get the same haircut would want to watch the styling techniques too.

Advanced training seminars are costly. It would be nice to give more tutorial videos about cut texturing and what movement they go. I am sure the way to creating the best layers also depends on cut texturing the latest styles.

In other words, maybe Radona can create a video tutorial about the essential texturing techniques. After a little research over the net, this is the first time I read that texturizing can influence the way the hair moves and not just removing the bulk.

Because she uses the word texturizing so much in almost all of her videos, she should create one that really explains the technique. Also, there are chemical texturizers many may want to use on their hair. Radona should create a video about that too.

What is the best length for the video? I do not think there is requirement for the length, but I believed each video for the tutorial shall comprise of the haircut + the styling. This makes the video very engaging.

Also, the time and the length including the content have enough time to deliver the key message and keep the attention of the audience. The idea is to lock their attention so they buy the products.

I do not see any product introduction for this video. Product introduction is very important in boosting the ROI. The camera position and zoom is not so good in this video.
