So much can go wrong when coloring your hair, which is why it is important to know how to dye the hair properly. There are rules to follow when coloring the hair besides getting the right formula of the exact shade.

Radona starts coloring on the top then the sides. She teaches us to color on the top first, depending on how tight the hair, before proceeding to color the sides. Always start at the top and at then use the foil when you color the hair.

She uses the Coldwell hair color product and the 40 volume because the hair of the lady is a little darker. Then in the later part she uses the 20 volume to cover the gray part plus the red color.

There is a difference in using an aluminum foil and a plastic wrap. The aluminum foil is a coloring aid for Radona. She uses smaller sections and then place it in an aluminum foil.

The technique is to put the foil underneath the section of the hair she is about to color then she bleaches the hair up to near the end of the foil but not to the end of the foil. This is because the bleach expands and she does not want the other undone hair not included in the section she is working to tiger up.

The aluminum foil gives Radona the ultimate control over the color application. The foil is best used when you apply permanent oxidative colors such as the bleach. It can be used to create subtle or radical effects.

The foil enables Radona to isolate areas of the treated hair, thus allowing more than one color application at the same time. There are colored foils you can use to avoid confusion once a hair color has been applied.

By the way, you need to understand that you can use the aluminum foil as long as the hair dye you use is safe with metal. Foils are commonly used to add highlights, lowlight, or dye most of the hair while you leave a few bits natural.

Foils can be used when you need to touch up just the roots of the color that is growing out. The truth is, it is very versatile and can be used for several different tasks.

Because it comes in a variety of strengths and thickness, you should consider the product that is tough enough to hold up to the chemicals of the due because you need it to keep the sections separate all throughout the session.

You may want to cut the foil into manageable strips like what Radona says, so you do not need to curl or tuck up the hair inside the foil. Bending the hair leaves a visible crease in the dye.

Cricket comb

Hair coloring is better using the cricket comb. Radona works with hair coloring tools that are super comfortable and versatile. Know that the key to efficient hair coloring is the brush bristles.

Cricket comb and brushes optimize hair cutting, coloring and styling. It is slip resistant finish so it won’t be difficult to use during the coloring session. This type of comb is static free and weigh less.

The consistent tooth pattern provides even distribution and wider sectioning ability when applying hair color. The cricket allows maximum penetration, also because of the sectioning, and speeds up the working time.

Radona should tell her audience not to make any chats or comments while shooting or recording because it is irrelevant and must not be included in the tutorial recording. The key is to never introduce irrelevant information.

Asking questions and joining in discussions are important but not when you are creating a tutorial video. You cannot contribute to a recorded discussion unless you are part of the session.

The products were properly shown and introduced during each use. I love how she does it now, but again, she forgot the zoom. Doing the zoom while mixing the color is extremely important.

Questions from the one doing the camera shoot or from someone not included in the video, while trying to help enliven the show, does not help at all because it distracts the main topic. Must have a script for that. If she wants a question and answer portion, the person who is asking the question must be shown on video. The Q&A makes Radona starts to chat off topic.

There is something not right with the fast forward thing, maybe needs a little improvement. Must have the before and after photo after the session followed by the hair products used and links to encourage the audience to buy.
